cycling and camping christian and emmanuelle made it 2800 km on mountain bike s to chernobyl for foccusWe made it home safely!!!!

We have gone on a 34 day, cross Europe mountain bike cycling camping trip from our home town of Fribourg, Switzerland to Kiev in Ukraine 2800 kilometres away to raise awareness for the long term effects of the Chernobyl accident which the UN describes as the greatest environmental catastrophe in humanities history.

This trek wias named in honour of FOCCUS, a non-profit organization that is working to help communities overcome the continuing impacts of the disaster. We hope that you will find our site to be both informative and a rewarding experience.
